REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any of our products, please contact us by email within 28 days of receiving the product to resolve the issue, or for a full refund. Import duties are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged or defective we offer a full warranty period of 12 months.

CURRENCIES

All products are priced in British £ Pound Sterling (GBP).

BILLING INFORMATION

Payment must be received and cleared from the customer before we dispatch or release any goods.

Herbalistix UK reserves the right to change acceptable payment methods.

The customer agrees to ensure that all account information is up to date and relevant. Herbalistix UK is not responsible for any loss, delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

In the event that the Customer’s order or service is cancelled, limited or halted, Herbalistix UK will endeavour, within reasonable limits, to contact the Customer to help resolve the situation.

CONDITION OF USE

Products sold by Herbalistix UK may cause Sedation or Stimulation. We advise not drive or operate dangerous machinery if you feel tired after taking these products.

Products sold by Herbalistix UK may conflict with your prescription medication. Herbalistix UK does not recommend combining our CBD products with any prescription medication until you are sure there will be no conflict. Check this before consuming to avoid any further issues.

The suggested usage refers to adults over 18+ only.

Herbalistix UK uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) on all our website pages – This helps protect your personal details, including your physical address and email address.

DELIVERY POLICY

UK orders are sent Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class). Expected delivery time is 2-5 days.

UK orders can be Upgraded for £3.50 to Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) Approx. 1-2 days.

International orders are sent Tracked Airmail. Expected delivery time is 7-21 days.

Herbalistix UK does not take responsibility for any Customs fees, or delays or any other Customs or cross-border problems.

Herbalistix UK does not take responsibility for delivery times. We ship all items promptly, but local couriers determine delivery time scales, for which we are not responsible.

Herbalistix UK cannot be held accountable for any variation in the colour, smell or flavour of our products. Herbalistix UK provides natural products, and therefore they are subject to natural variations.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to any individual, third party, jurisdictional region, or geographic region at our discretion.

PRICING

All prices found on the Herbalistix UK website include taxes at UK set rates.

Any costs included will be clearly stated.
